Our Support Plan is designed to take care of all your ongoing solution needs so you can focus on growing your business. Our Support Plan includes:

  • A dedicated support channel where you can ask any questions.

  • Any upgrades or tweaks to tailor your solution to you.

  • Any internal updates or upgrades made to our solutions.

  • A integrated alert system which notifies us of any external issues.

  • A monthly health check of all your:

    • Zapier task runs and integrations.

    • ActiveCampaign automations and emails.

  • Ongoing support for:

    • Any Zapier run failures.

    • ActiveCampaign campaigns, automations and contact issues.

  • Technical advice on current and new business developments.

  • Recommendations on future automations and integrations.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need the Support Plan?

We heavily recommend our Support Plan if you have or are looking to get our Client Management or Lead Management solutions. This is due to the complexity and use of multiple apps which can cause problems when apps are updated. However, if you’re interested in only our Onboarding solution then our Support Plan may not be necessary at this stage; some of clients opt to have our Support Plan so they know everything is taken care of.

Please note all our solutions include one free month of our Support Plan.

If I have multiple solutions do I need multiple Support Plans?

No! You only ever need one Support Plan for all your solutions.
